These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rough Mix platform (“the Platform”) at roughmix.app, operated by Anthony Cianchetta (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Rough Mix. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Platform.
To access Rough Mix, you must be invited via a valid invite code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not impersonate any person or use a username that is offensive or violates any third party’s rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of all audio files, reviews, profile information, and other content you upload or submit to the Platform (“User Content”). By uploading content, you grant Rough Mix a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and deliver that content to other users as necessary to operate the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards at our sole discretion.
By uploading audio files to Rough Mix, you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to share that content on the Platform. Audio files are accessible to users who mutually follow each other, consistent with the Platform’s design.
Audio files are automatically archived after receiving 5 reviews as part of the Platform’s standard operation. Archived files are no longer accessible to other users.
Rough Mix operates a credit system that governs uploads and reviews. Credits are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation. We reserve the right to modify the credit system at any time.

The Rough Mix name, logo, platform design, and all associated software are the property of Anthony Cianchetta and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for the content of reviews or feedback submitted by users. Feedback on the Platform represents the opinions of individual users and does not reflect the views of Rough Mix.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anthony Cianchetta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at tonychettamusic@gmail.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
